Ok, first of all, this is some of your best work!

The style is scratchy with strong brushstrokes, and it really contrasts the smooth character design and relaxing scenery, which works perfectly.

You have an excellent choice in colour pallete, very natural and bright. Though the colours are strong and bright, they aren't overwhelming, which is a huge plus!

The way the flowers and grass arent highly deatailed is what really points out the nice brushwork in the fur on the neck.

The only thing I would work on slightly is that the thick lineart on the front legs feels slightly out of place, maybe thin it out or make it similar to the fuzzy style on the back legs!

All and all, I would give it a 8/10, awesome work!
